By accessing or using the website, instant estimating tools, or portal services operated by All-Pro Roofing ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and use of this platform.
2. Prohibition of Scraping & Unauthorized Copying
All content, source code, database structures, satellite CAD estimating software, 3D rendering engines, text, images, gallery case studies, and design elements on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of All-Pro Roofing and Cadwell Technology.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIONS:
- You may not use automated bots, spiders, web scrapers, data miners, or extraction scripts to harvest data, text, or imagery from this site.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or duplicate our proprietary CAD satellite estimator logic, pricing algorithms, or API endpoints.
- You may not frame, mirror, or systematically reproduce any portion of this website for commercial competitors or third-party marketing.
Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of state and federal intellectual property laws.
3. Instant Estimator & Satellite CAD Disclaimer
Calculations produced by our Instant Satellite Estimator engine are preliminary feasibility estimates based on remote aerial imagery and automated geometry calculations. They do NOT constitute a binding legal contract or guaranteed final price.
All final pricing requires an physical, on-site structural inspection by an authorized All-Pro Roofing estimator to evaluate underlying deck conditions, ventilation requirements, flashing details, and steep-slope factors.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, All-Pro Roofing and its officers, directors, employees, or tech partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access this website or any software service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, error-free automated satellite calculations, or immediate availability of third-party map APIs.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
